Watercress - Nasturtium officinalea member of the Brassica family,along with cabbages, broccoli and kale, is in flower.Now I see the resemblance to Alyssum in the flowers......Alyssum is also a member of the Brassica family.
Garden Group was out and about again this week...this time we visited the nearby Dragon Garden.Dragon's Rest Habitat Garden was created to provide a safe haven for the lizards and birds of our region. Especially the Bearded Dragon Lizard.
Thursday 15 Jan 09 Garden Group visit to a Vegetable Grower's Farm Garden. Situated out of town, they collect rainwater from several Farm Sheds, pump it to a tank on the hill behind the house and gravity feed it to the garden.
