Well *THIS* was certainly fast and easy -- very similar to those "impossible pies" you'll recognize from the 1970s and 1980s, made popular by Bisquick. This was in the pan in a jiffy and hot from the oven 45 minutes later. It made a really lovely custardy-but-firm base, with a light banana strawberry taste.This was concocted from all Trader Joe's ingredients, and I used freeze dried fruit, but
