Northern California is having an identity crisis. A few weeks ago, we set a record for a week of 100+ degree days in early May. It was so bad it burned a lot of my garden. Last week, it was so windy I couldn't ride my bike to work or I'd blow over. This week, it's cold and raining. Today was so cold and blustery, I needed a hot pasta dish.
